New or prospective carpet owners may sometimes think that having a carpet is a cinch and that they can have it without needing to do any real work or give enough effort. Well this is certainly a big mistake as owning a carpet in your home comes with a lot of responsibility.

One of these responsibilities is taking care and cleaning your carpet. Carpet cleaning is probably one of the most important tasks that you would need to do if you are a carpet owner. It is also not enough to simply clean the carpet, you should also take measures to be sure that you are doing it properly. Not doing so can have some dire consequences that you would never want to happen to your carpet. If you don’t believe me, here are the top three reasons why you should always clean your carpet properly.

1.	To Keep Your Carpet in Good Condition – Cleaning the carpet is very important because it is directly related to the condition your carpet will be in. Having a dirty carpet will not only ruin the carpet’s appearance, it will also cause it to deteriorate in quality and in the long run can really cause major damage to it. This is because the dust and dirt that make your carpet look dirty can build up and before long it will slowly damage your carpet without you even noticing it.
2.	To Maintain the Appearance of Your Carpet – Carpets are primarily bought and used for its aesthetic purposes. Though it has other purposes such as in keeping the home safe from slippery floors, beauty and appearance is still the main reason for having carpets. Well, not cleaning the carpet properly will no doubt cause the carpet to change in appearance. Not cleaning it right can make light colored carpets look brown and old. For dark carpets, the dust and dirt can really cause the overall look of the carpet to deteriorate as well. This is why you should always make sure to thoroughly clean the carpet to avoid this problem.
3.	To Save Time and Effort – Cleaning the carpet can take up a lot of time and what’s more is that not doing it correctly would mean that you would end up doing the cleaning all over again. This is why cleaning the carpet properly is important so that you don’t have to repeat cleaning your carpet. If you do things right, you can do it in just one effort which would translate to more free time and energy that you can use on other activities.

A morning would not be complete for many people without having a good old cup of java to jumpstart their day. This is why coffee has become one of the most consumed drink there is all over the world. It can be taken hot or cold and can come in many different flavors and blends.

While coffee does have a lot of advantages such as getting you awake and helping you have the energy to get through your day, it also has some disadvantages especially to homeowners. This is when the coffee accidentally gets spilled on the rug at home. Rugs can be quite expensive so having a big stain on it can ruin its look and condition.

So how do you get rid of the coffee stain on your rug? It is certainly not impossible so you shouldn’t throw out your rug just yet. Follow the guide below to help you deal with the coffee stain on your favorite rug at home.

Step 1. Blot the spilled coffee on the rug using a clean white cloth or some paper towels. This helps in absorbing as much of the liquid from the carpet surface and onto the cloth or paper towel. Doing this will prevent the liquid from seeping deeper into the carpet thus making it more difficult to clean up.

Step 2. Get the materials which you will need to create a cleaning solution for the stain. Grab some white vinegar, warm water, and a spray bottle. Mix a teaspoon of the white vinegar with the cup of warm water and then place the resulting solution inside the spray bottle and voila, you have just made a very useful cleaning solution which will eliminate the coffee stain on your rug.

Step 3. Apply some of the cleaning solution onto the affected area and get a clean white cloth which you will be using to blot it. Continue doing this until the stain is eliminated.

Step 4. Before finishing your clean-up of the coffee stain, you must rinse the area you just cleaned first. This is so that you will avoid any residue from getting left behind and causing build up which can damage your carpet. Dry the carpet off using some clean rags and you’re done.

Cleaning up the coffee stains on your rug can be done pretty easily as long as you follow the steps above. The next time you have any kind of coffee stain on your rug, just refer to the guide above to help you solve the problem quickly and effectively.

Wool carpets are very attractive and has quickly become one of the more preferred types of carpets today. It really is unique and adds a different look and feel to your home. But like other carpet types, you would still need to brace yourself for the many cleaning problems that may need to face.

One of these cleaning problems comes if you have pets around the home. Having a pet dog or cat can be nice but if they are not potty trained then you can have frequent pet feces stains on your beautiful wool carpet. Cleaning up this mess can be very annoying and not exactly easy. If you have this problem at home, here are some helpful tips to get you started in cleaning the pet feces stains.

•	Immediately clean up the mess so that it is a lot easier to clean up. The problem with pet feces on the carpet is that it can get deep into your carpet if you don’t clean it immediately. You’ll end up with a very stubborn stain as well as a strong, unpleasant smell if you let too much time pass before cleaning it up. Always clean the mess as soon as possible to avoid all these inconveniences.
•	Use a cleaning solution which is primarily composed of white vinegar. This is because the white vinegar is effective in removing the nasty stain as well as getting rid of the bad odor that attaches to your carpet. Other cleaning solutions may work in eliminating the stain yet you’ll still be left with the unpleasant odor to deal with. White vinegar will be solving both the stain and the odor problem all in one so you’re better off using this instead of other unproven cleaning products.
•	Don’t rub the pet feces stain on the carpet or try to scrub it off in any way. This is because rubbing the stain only causes it to smudge and spread deeper and into unaffected areas of the carpet. You should always remember this so as to not create a bigger problem for you to deal with. Blotting the stain with a clean white cloth would be your recommended course of action to get rid of it easily and effectively.

Pet feces stains is a very common problem among carpet owners who have pets around the house. If you are one of these people, make sure to keep the tips above in mind always so that you will be able to properly clean pet feces stains on your wool carpet without any problems.

Soy sauce stains on the carpet can be one tough problem that many homeowners have difficulty with. This is because it can leave behind a nasty, dark stain which will be visible even from afar. Also, it can give your carpet an unpleasant odor that you never would want to have. That is why accidentally spilling some soy sauce on your carpet can leave a lot of carpet owners very frustrated.

Soy sauce stains can be tough to remove but there are some ways on how you can make it a little easier. If you have this very problem in your home, check out the guide below to help you in solving this difficult predicament.

1.	Absorb as much of the soy sauce spilled on your carpet using some paper towels. Blot the spill repeatedly until you have removed as much of the liquid as you can. Be careful not to rub the spill so that you will not spread the stain further on your carpet.
2.	Next, prepare a cleaning solution made out of a teaspoon of clear ammonia and a cup of warm water. Place this inside a spray bottle and then apply a small amount of this onto the stained area of the carpet. Just make sure not to use too much of the cleaning solution as doing this will only leave your carpet prone to having a lot of residue which can build up over time and damage your carpet. Afterward, let the stain soak in the ammonia cleaning solution and then move to the next step.
3.	Now, get a clean white cloth and then begin blotting the soy sauce stain on your carpet. You will slowly see that the stain will be transferring from the carpet and onto the cloth. This means that the method is working and pretty soon you will be able to eliminate the soy sauce stain with a few several repetitions of this step.
4.	Finally, get a cup of clean water and then rinse the area where the stain used to be. Dry the area using some rags or clean towels and then you’re done.

Don’t let some soy sauce stains on your carpet cause you a lot of frustration. If ever you face this very problem, refer to the guide above and you’ll definitely be able to get rid of that ugly stain for good.

Lipstick has become almost a necessity for many women nowadays. If you try and look at a woman’s purse or handbag, surely you’ll be able to find some lip stick inside. It does have its benefits as it can really improve their appearance and accents their beauty even more. The problem comes though if it accidentally gets on the carpet fibers. Lip stick stains can leave you with a big, red stain which won’t easily come out.

Removing this stain is important if you want your carpet to look clean and beautiful but many homeowners still don’t know how to go about cleaning up this mess. Luckily for you, I’ll be sharing a simple guide which you can follow to help eliminate that lip stick stain on your carpet. Check out the instructions below on how you can get this done easily.

•	One important thing that you need to remember is that you should clean up the lip stick stain as soon as possible. This will result in making the task a lot easier to accomplish. The faster you clean it up the better your chances will be to remove it without much hassle.
•	First, get some dry cleaning solvent and apply it onto a clean white cloth and proceed in dabbing the lip stick stain. Don’t make any long, rubbing motions as this can just spread the stain. Only dab the stain and apply some pressure as you do so to help remove more of the stain. The stain will commonly become lighter after doing this step but it won’t be able to remove all of it though.
•	Next, get some non-bleach laundry detergent and mix a teaspoon of it with a cup of warm water. Place this inside a spray bottle and then apply some of it onto the lip stick stain. Let it soak for 3-5 minutes and then start blotting the stain once again. Just continue doing this step until all of the stain is gone.
•	After removing the stain, the task is not finished just yet. You still need to rinse the area you just cleaned with some water to prevent cleaning residue from being left behind. Dry the area with clean rags and then you’re through.

Lip stick stains can be quite a problem to deal with but thankfully the guide above will help make it a lot more manageable. Use it the next time you have a lip stick stain and get rid of the problem easily.

Water damage is a pretty disastrous situation that every carpet owner would want to stay away from. Sadly, this is a common occurrence and you may find yourself experiencing this cleaning ordeal in your home. Water damage is when a high volume of water, usually from plumbing issues or brought about by flood water, gets in your home and onto your carpet. Moisture can be pretty bad for your carpet which is why this is such a huge problem for homeowners.

So you have water damage at home and you don’t know what to do next. To help you out, here are some of the most common questions asked about water damage and how to properly handle it. The tips below can come in pretty handy and guide you in correctly cleaning up your water-damaged carpet at home.

•	What Do I Do First? – This is the first question that homeowners ask whenever they are facing water damage on their carpet. Well, the quick answer to this is to make an assessment on the extent of the water damage on your carpet. Try to assess the damage on the carpet and if you can proceed and clean it on your own. Also, check whether the water is sanitary or unsanitary. This is significant because unsanitary flood water can be extremely hard to remove which would require professional help for best results. Once you have assessed the level of water damage then you can choose the right course of action to take.
•	How Soon Do I Need to Clean it Up? – For those who experience flooding and are overwhelmed with the situation, this is often one question that they ask. Some would defer cleaning up the water-damaged carpet and would prefer to clean up other parts of their home first. Well, this is certainly not the best way to go about it as you can end up completely ruining your carpet. Experts have said that any extended exposure to water and moisture can damage your carpet beyond repair, this it is best if you clean up the water damage within 24 to 48 hours to avoid facing this consequence.
•	Is Professional Help Recommended? – For those who prefer doing the carpet restoration themselves, that is okay. But this entails a lot of hard work and effort, requiring you to spend a lot of time fixing this problem. Also, doing the work yourself doesn’t guarantee good results and a properly restored carpet. At the end of the day, it is still highly recommended that you let professional carpet cleaners do the task for you to ensure a high level of carpet restoration.

Pet feces can be quite a problem for any carpet owner who have pets around the house. Pets, although very fun to be around, can cause a big headache when they create a mess inside your home. Pet feces is problematic not only because it causes a nasty stain on your carpet but it can also be the source of unpleasant odor that can fill the inside of your house.

“So what do I do about the pet feces on my carpet?” is probably one of the common questions being asked by may pet and carpet owners right now. If you are one of these people then you are in luck. Check out the post below to find simple tips which I have used in order to effectively clean up this problematic mess on your carpet.

Don’t let the pet feces stay long on your carpet. Try to clean it up right away to prevent it from having any major effects on your carpet. Also, the longer it stays there the more difficult it will be to remove the stain as well as the unpleasant stench that it has. Clean it up right away so that you will have an easier time cleaning it up.

For the stain, you can use a commercial carpet cleaning product or carpet stain remover but if you do not want to spend too much for it you can also make a cleaning solution on your own. You can utilize white vinegar which will help remove the stain as well as deodorize it in the process. Simply mix a teaspoon of white vinegar with a cup of warm water and apply it onto the affected areas of your carpet or rug. Then, use a clean white cloth or some paper towels to blot the stain until it is gone from your carpet.

If the bad smell still remains even after you have cleaned the stain, get some baking soda and sprinkle it onto the soiled parts of the carpet. Then, let it set for several hours, overnight would be best. Afterward, get a heavy duty vacuum cleaner and suck the baking soda out of the carpet. The baking soda works wonderfully in absorbing the unpleasant odors on your carpet and will help make it smell fresh again.

Why You Need Your Carpets Professionally Cleaned!
(The Real Deal)

Most consumers today only clean their carpets because they look dirty! Not because of the germs and bio pollutants that are in their carpets. Then they get these coupons in the mail or go to the internet and look for the best price carpet cleaning service.

Well I know with the economy the way it is price is very important. “But!” There has to be some quality involved. You wouldn’t buy the cheapest car on the lot, You wouldn’t buy the cheapest brakes to put on your car,* “I hope for your life’s sake”. So why would you want to hire the cheapest carpet cleaning service?

I’ll Tell You Why!

You don’t understand why you really need your carpets cleaned at least twice a year. Well the first reason and most important reason for cleaning your carpets is the bio pollutants that are floating around in your indoor air flow! “Dustmites!” Yes I know we all heard the tall tales of dustmites and how we can’t totally rid our air flow of them. But not totally True!!!* Dustmites are the number 1 reason for allergies in the world! It all starts in the bedroom. Dustmites eat our skin flakes. Then they go to the bathroom releasing 20 to 100 fecal*droppings per day. While your sleeping your body is releasing your dead skin cells in your bedding, mattress, and pillows. Releasing about 250 million dustmite fecal droppings in your bed in only about a 6 month period!

Then as we roll around in the bed throughout the night we’re stirring up these fetal droppings, allergens, dead skin cells what ever you choose to call then because their all proteins and become airborne! And God Forbid when you are making your bed in the morning and shake your covers and fluff up your pillows you’ve just released a mass brigade of these proteins (dustmite allergens) into your air flow! Now your carpets, upholstery, draperies, & ducts are all contaminated with these dustmite allergens. Now I know your saying, ” Oh well I’m not *asthmatic so it doesn’t affect me! Yes, But*once again not totally True!!!*One social drink won’t affect you either, but several will have you giving your keys to a designated driver! Same with dustmites.*A couple million may not affect you but 5 or 6 million will!

So How Can BIO-Cleans Indoor Air Quality Specialists Help YOU!

BIO-Clean has packaged carpet cleaning services. We know that just steam cleaning your carpets is not enough. With our Total Top To Bottom Cleaning Package we offer a Solution to Bio pollutant infestation! This is called Anti Allergen Treatment.

How Does The Treatment Work? And What Is Denature?

In order for the body to recognize something as an allergen it has to receive many copies of the same thing. Dust mite allergens all have the same shapes on the outside. Once they have been denatured (cooked) they become so amorphous (formless) they do not present the same shapes to the body and allergeic reactions do not occur. So then the allergens in your home are no longer a harmful bio pollutant. Now cleaning your carpet alone is not going to do it! So we have programs where we can clean your carpet, mattressess, upholstery, & ducts! If you use our Anti Allergen Program you will*feel results normally within 72 hours.

So I Invite You To Call Us Today and let one of our Indoor Air*Quality Specialists* Give You A FREE Indoor Air Quality Consultation 310-200-7080 On how to Clean Your Home or Business NOW!*
